Active Ingredient (in each caplet) Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg. Inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, FD&C blue no. 1 lake, hypromellose, lactose, magnesium stearate,microcrystalline cellulose, mineral oil, silica, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin.
Directions
Adults and children over 16 years of age should take as directed on the product label at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose or frequency of use. Intended for short-term use only. If sleeplessness persists, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
